This solution uses two third-party verification suites from Melissa and Trulioo. Using their APIs for integration with an online portal a caseworker can easily check applicant information without the need for in-person verification from the customer. Utilizing two third-party APIs ensures the applicant will be found and verification can be checked between the two for a clear and actionable result.
