Overview

Chatbot built by Dialogflow can be attached to a webpage and can be used to answer any questions a user may have as well as direct them to the necessary links they need to follow. Using the chatbot, a user can say what board they want to apply for and the chatbot will direct them to the relevant form that will already be populated with some of the info that was given to the chatbot. The forms are custom built to reflect a thorough and accurate board application process.
